All our sites are installed with panic batons and security officerson site are supported by armed response.

The company has a twenty-four-control room doing off site monitoring to high risk sites.  Our control room dispatch armed response on emergencies.

The company do land scaping, indoor and outdoor garden maintenance.  It has so far provided services to Parastatals, private sector, and the Municipalities.

Quality Management

Our security officers are monitored from our control room.  Online monitoring is done by our control room hence no room for failed patrols.

Our vehicles are monitored from our control room and supervisors’ patrols are controlled.  Our reaction vehicles dedicated to clients do not go out of their route.

Weekly meetings are attended with our Area Supervisors with clients.  Monthly meetings are attended by our Operations Manager and quarterly meetings are attended by the Directors.  Weekly and monthly reports are submitted.

We encourage our clients to complain through a service rating on monthly basis.  This gives us a chance to rectify problems before the client complains.  We priorities the needs of our clients first and craft our services according to the client requirements.With us one size does not fit all.
